Q1. Why can't I just use my regular towel on my face?

Q3. Is this just a regular microfiber towel I can buy anywhere?
No. Not even close.
The microfiber cloths you find online are thin, low-density, and shed loose fibres — which end up on your face, not protecting your skin barrier.
EXLUX is made from an 80% Polyester / 20% Polyamide Coral Fleece at 500 GSM density. GSM — Grams per Square Meter — measures how dense and thick a fabric is. Most discount microfiber towels sit at 200–250 GSM. EXLUX is 500 GSM. That is nearly double the material density.

Q4. Does it actually dry faster than cotton?

Q5. How often should I replace or swap my EXLUX towel?
For absolute hygiene, we recommend rotating to a fresh towel every 1 to 2 days.

Q6. How do I wash my EXLUX towel without damaging it?
Follow this care protocol to keep your EXLUX performing at its peak:
- Machine wash cold — 30°C or below
- Gentle cycle only
- No fabric softener — ever. Softeners coat the fibres with a waxy residue that permanently clogs the 3D architecture and destroys absorption capacity.
- No high heat in the dryer — high heat melts the polyamide fibres and collapses the plush structure. Air dry or tumble dry on low only.
- Wash separately for the first 1–2 washes
Follow this protocol and your EXLUX will maintain its ultra-plush feel and full absorption capacity — wash after wash.

Q7. How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours of confirmation.
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. COD orders attract a small handling fee.

Q8. What is your return and refund policy?
We stand behind every EXLUX towel with complete confidence.
Because EXLUX is a personal hygiene product that touches your skin directly, we follow a strict hygiene protocol — we cannot accept returns on any opened or used item. This protects every customer's health and upholds our clinical standard.
That said, we have two clear pathways depending on your situation:
Pathway A — Change of Mind / Unopened Return
If you wish to return your order without opening it, we accept sealed, completely unused returns within 7 days of delivery — provided the tamper-evident seal is fully intact and all original packaging is complete.
Return shipping is at your expense.
Pathway B — Manufacturing Defect
If your towel arrives with a structural defect — torn fibres, loose seams, or visible fabric damage — you are fully protected. Opening the product does not void your right to report a genuine manufacturing defect.
