By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide — your name, address, phone number, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and truthful. EXLUX reserves the right to cancel any order where we believe false or fraudulent information has been provided.

Product Description - We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible — including images, materials, dimensions, and specifications. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to your screen settings. These variations do not constitute a defect.

Order Confirmation - Placing an order on exlux.in is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an official order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing - All prices on exlux.in are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of checkout — not before, not after.

Personal Use - Only Products purchased on exlux.in are strictly for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or commercially exploit any EXLUX product without our prior written permission. Violation of this clause may result in legal action.

EXLUX facial towels are personal hygiene tools. They are designed to support your existing skincare routine by reducing micro-friction and bacterial re-contamination during the drying step.

EXLUX products are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition, disease, or medical disorder — including but not limited to acne, eczema, rosacea, or any dermatological condition.

Any reference on our website to bacteria, skin barrier health, or hygiene improvements describes the mechanical properties of our fabric — not a medical outcome or guarantee.

Individual results will vary depending on your skin type, skincare habits, diet, environment, and overall health. EXLUX makes no promise or guarantee of specific skin results.

If you have a skin condition or medical concern, please consult a qualified dermatologist or medical professional. Do not use our website content as a substitute for professional medical advice.

All payments made on exlux.in are processed through RBI-compliant, encrypted payment gateways — including Razorpay or other RBI-compliant gateways.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the relevant gateway.EXLUX does not store your credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking details on our servers at any point.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Where COD is made available, it is subject to an additional handling fee and mandatory WhatsApp verification before dispatch. Unverified COD orders are automatically voided after 24 hours. No charge is made. You are free to re-order at any time.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours of confirmation.

Free shipping applies to all prepaid orders. COD orders attract an additional handling fee.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

• Metro cities — 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities — 5–7 business days
• Remote pincodes — 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates — not guarantees.

EXLUX is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for all products passes to you upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. If you provide an incorrect address, EXLUX is not responsible for failed or lost deliveries.

Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, EXLUX cannot accept returns on any opened or used item under any circumstances.

This standard exists to protect every customer's health and uphold our clinical hygiene protocol. That said, we offer two clearly defined return pathways:

Pathway A — Change of Mind / Unopened Return.
We accept sealed, completely unused returns within 7 days of delivery — provided all of the following conditions are met:

• The item is completely unused and unopened.
• The tamper-evident "Sterile Protocol" sticker is fully intact and unbroken.
• The item is in its original EXLUX packaging — sleeve, frosted bag, and silica packet included.
• The return is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Return shipping under Pathway A is at the customer's expense.

Pathway B — Manufacturing Defect.
If your towel arrives with a structural defect — torn fibers, loose seams, or visible fabric damage — you are fully protected. Opening the product does not void your right to report a genuine manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing defects must be reported to concierge@exlux.in within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by high-resolution photographs and an unboxing video showing the tamper-evident seal intact before opening.

Approved cases are collected at no cost, and a free replacement is dispatched within 2 business days.

Refund Method:

• Online payments (Card, UPI, Net Banking) — refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• COD orders — refunded to your bank account within 10-12 business days.
  

Cancellation:

Cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of order placement only.

Once an order enters the Dispatch phase, it cannot be altered, paused, or cancelled. To cancel, email concierge@exlux.in immediately with the subject: "Cancellation Request — [Order Number]".

Approved cancellations are refunded within 5–7 business days.

Everything you see on exlux.in — every word, image, logo, product name, tagline, brand phrase, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of EXLUX.

This includes but is not limited to:

• The EXLUX brand name and logo.
• All product names and descriptors — including "3D Micro-Plush Architecture," "Flash-Evaporation Design," "Locked-Fiber Technology," and "Pat. Don't Rub."
• All website copy, photography, graphics, and visual layouts.
• All marketing materials, email content, and social media copy.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any part of this website without the prior written permission of EXLUX.

Unauthorized use will be treated as infringement and may result in legal action under applicable Indian law.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, EXLUX shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our products.
• Any allergic reaction or skin sensitivity that arises from use of our products where care instructions were not followed.
• Any loss arising from courier delays, incorrect addresses, or third-party service failures.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account or order information.

Our total liability to you — for any reason — shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

EXLUX provides its website and products "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that:

• The website will be available without interruption or error at all times.
• Product listings will always be free from typographical or pricing errors.
• The website will be free from viruses or harmful components.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

These Terms of Service are governed exclusively by the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms, your use of our website, or any EXLUX product shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Palghar, Maharashtra, India.
